It was close to shopping and downtown. The sink was separated from the rest of the bathroom. Booking was easy.
It needed to be up graded. It is tired. Enamel was coming off both sink and tub. Rugs outside the doors were frayed and dirty. TVs were very small. Breakfast needs more space to be served in. Needs to have more to drink than just coffee. Juice a must. Breakfast was minimal. Room was small.

It's location made it very easy to find, ideal after 22 hours of flights and no sleep!
The breakfast facilities were unappetising and very basic.

It was great to have it so close to the town center. We could walk almost anywhere.
Nothing to complain about.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the cozy lobby space we found ourselves spending time in . We enjoyed the local snacks in the mini bar with a nice touch for a hungry traveler like me craving something more authentic.
The room I stayed in was small. I found the bed not as comfortable, which caused me some discomfort. I faced issues with noise from the stairs that interrupted my sleep.

Stylish and large rooms with nice interior design, food great. Good location close to all venues, center of town shops and restaurants, and stores in walking distance with free parking. Also, so close to the square.
A little small bathroom.

The room was clean and in a good location.
The room was overpriced for the amenities offered. Our room was really hot during the night and our air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was granola bars and yogurt, which I could have pick up at any gas station. We were on the road and did not know what time we would arrive. Staff said they were leaving at a certain time and would leave our key taped to the door if we arrived after they left. I would rather sleep in a tent than stay here again.

Excellent fit for a weekend vacation in Jackson with really good value. The staff, especially Bob, provided great service at check-in. Get a room with A/C for a comfortable stay!

Straight forward location from the airport. Easy to travel to especially at night.
Perhaps the lighting can be improved (e.g. more non-candelecence lighting as it heats up the room a bit, more cosy interior decor etc.)

Small, clean and comfortable room.
Very poor breakfast. They need blockout blinds on the window as they are only privacy blinds - a bright light from the carpark shone in the window all night making it difficult to sleep...Staff not the friendliest either.

The queen bed room was cozy, providing excellent comfort after long days of hiking. The location is ideal, just a short walk to shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough for restful nights. The in-room air conditioner was a pleasant surprise, offering white noise that helped with sleep. The free coffee in the lobby was a good perk, particularly appreciated before early morning trails.

It's right in town, walking distance to everything.
I wish I could have had an esay-access room on the ground level.

Location because we could walk to most places in town. Outside noise was minimal. Front desk lady was very helpful in suggesting places to eat within walking distance and offered to make reservations for us. It had just the amenities we needed; as a pool wasn't necessary for us. Price seemed a bit high for this time of year but we also didn't have to drive and park the car to shop or go to restaurants.
Sheets on one of the beds appeared to not have been changed; however, the lady at the front desk did provide different sheets. Parking was a bit sketchy but doable.
